​Homework 1: Research your field of expertise topic. 
Find at least one article or research paper on your topic. The article/paper should contain useful and relevant information on your topic, such as guidelines, examples, case studies, tools, techniques, and so on. Be prepared to briefly explain and verbally summarize the article in groups next week.

Week 10 (May 5) - No class for Children's Day

Due Week 11 - Student field of expertise presentation

In Week 11 (
postponed to May 12 due to Children's Day) you will do a presentation on your chosen topic.
  • The presentation will be with the whole class. 
  • Approx. 10 minutes (flexible)
  • Prepare materials (sites, PPT… as needed)
  • Consider your audience (us).
  • Combine information from various sources.
  • At the end of each presentation there will be Q+A and discussion of thoughts + experiences. 
Your presentation can include: 
  • definition / explanation
  • examples
  • pros/cons
  • issues 
  • challenges 
  • research findings  
  • techniques 
  • tools 
  • demonstration 
  • and so on
