(No discussion board and no reading for this week) The (previous) Week 5 reading talked about authentic materials and language input. For homework, find one authentic reading (pdf) and one authentic listening material online.

Speaking activity micro-teaching practice. Prepare a short speaking activity to demonstrate with the class. Any target language. Any age group or level. Any materials can be used. Think carefully about your instructions and how you will set up the activity. Be prepared to do your activity with the class next week. Homework (due November 7):
