Reading due Week 3 (March 16) The reading includes many questions in red text. Choose any 2 questions and write your answers on the HUFS e-class discussion board. About 2-3 paragraphs for each answer is fine. Include your opinions, ideas and experiences. Also, highlight any useful information and take notes with the reading, so that you are ready to discuss the reading in class.

There are two videos to watch on the HUFS e-class system. The videos are about how to lesson plan for listening using the PDP framework. The content of these videos will be very important later in the course. Please watch the videos on the e-class. There is no task, just watch the videos. Final assignment preparation - due 11 May
You will create a listening or speaking lesson plan for the final assignment. Listening - choose a short (approx. 2~3 minutes) video, such as a song or short story. The language should be simple and clear. Speaking - choose suitable target language, such as simple Q+A or a short conversation (situational language examples: going to the doctor or ordering food).
