Hello :-)

I've been a teacher since about 2004. I started teaching digital animation and music technology in England after university. In 2005, I decided to move abroad to teach English, just like my parents did when I was young. First, I did a TESOL Cert. in Barcelona, Spain, and taught English on a summer program. However, there was one more place where I wanted to go: Asia.

I wanted to live in a big Asian metropolis, so I got on a plane and arrived in Thailand. I spent three months traveling around Thailand, but I wanted to go somewhere more developed and with fewer tourists. Where could I go? South Korea!

I arrived in South Korea in January 2006 straight from Thailand. The cold weather hit me hard! However, I had a great experience in my first year and decided to stay for longer. Now, many years later I'm still here. I went back to England for a year to complete a Master's in TESOL and in 2012 my son, Oliver, was born and in 2018 I had another son, Leo.
