Plan a listening lesson following the PDP framework with a dialog or a song.
Choose your text (listening material) and plan a lesson using the following steps as a guide:
1 Pre: Warm up and set the context, brainstorm, easy questions
2 Pre: Pre-teach vocabulary
3 Pre: Check vocabulary learning or prepare/predict for listening
4 During: Listening 1. General comprehension and gist listening task
5 During: Listening 2. More detail, focus on a different part of the text, use different materials
6 During: Listening 3. Most difficult comprehensive comprehension task
7 During: Listening 4. Bloom's Taxonomy high-order thinking: Evaluate or Create
8 Post stage: Grammar / New language skills / Creative activity
